3 NEW classes for 2008...
(Turned Edge Appliqué by
Machine)
Dogwood (1 day class)
This is a one-day basic technique class using a new modern method by
turning the edges of the appliqué shapes over a semi soluble
stabiliser. When
the work is washed the stabiliser virtually disappears.
The stitching is far easier than satin stitch and leaves
the block with the soft, turned edges similar to hand appliqué.

Funky Daisy
(2 Day workshop)
Learn machine appliqué using a new modern method by turning the edges of
the appliqué shapes over a semi soluble stabiliser. When the work is washed the stabiliser virtually disappears.
The stitching is far easier than satin stitch and leaves
the block with the soft, turned edges similar to hand appliqué.
Easy to learn and creates a beautiful finish to your
project. The class also covers more advanced techniques
the drawing of ovals and creating bias. This Funky Daisy pattern
is a new design with a choice of leaf shapes to help personalise
your project. It is
a two-day project class.

Note: This class only produces a single block only. These pictures are examples of varying colour arrangements.

enquire
by email for the
current schedule of fees per class size.
Additional
Class Fees
The trapunto and
decorative threads workshops have an additional class fee
associated with them due to me supplying specialist
threads/yarns which are not easily found for some students and
which need to be of a consistent nature to allow for the formal
class structure.
Workshop
supply packs
can be created to suit the needs of the shop or group.
